Each student will have an opportunity to explore books of interest so that reading can be FUN again! Our classroom needs more books at the students' levels so that they can feel successful and continue to grow academically. My students will be able to be Book Detectives and investigate new places and things through the power of reading. They will have the power to choose what they want to read which helps them be more independent and become lifelong readers. I want to give them as many experiences through books as I can, so they can see the world! In talking with my students, these are a few series that they are extremely interested in reading.
