My students come from a small community. This community consists of a high number of Hispanic families who are considered low income. Although students come from low income homes, my students are highly intelligent and dream big. The school they attend has computers for the teacher, a projector, and a document reader. For now, this is all we are able to offer our students. The school does have a cart with computers that goes around classrooms, but this is mostly for upper grades and the computers are older and with this they are slower.
