I teach at a school that is Title 1 and 80% of the students come from very low income families. Many of these families lack the essentials to support their student at home with the basics, crayons, paper, pencils, and even books. The students come to school everyday ready to learn. Each and everyone has their own learning needs. Giving them the essentials at school will allow them to enjoy and love learning everyday.
