Our school is in a rural part of Kauai in a small town. About 55% of our students qualify for free or reduced lunch. These kids are curious and love to work together. Earlier in the year, we went to a science camp up in the mountains for three days. The students really bonded and developed some meaningful relationships. I'm hoping to continue that feeling in the classroom.
