I have students from all walks of life! Most have never seen a microscope or experienced the thrill of finding microscopic organisms in the water around our area. There are 50-60% below the poverty level so they often are not able to attend the plays and shows and take field trips to science centers or learning labs. We are extremely diverse and in the inner city.
