My student are hard workers who love to be able to create sets for our school productions. They are usually the kids really don't fit anywhere else, but have found a home in theater. They each take turns being project leads and learn responsibility and leadership. They are ones that are proud of what they have accomplished and it transfers over to other classes and they continue to work hard in their core subjects. This class allows them to be creative and innovative in the way the present their work for each show that we produce. Our school supports what we do, however being that we are the fine arts we don't receive as much of the funding that we need in order to stay up to date and competitive with the other schools in our district. We are proud of our program as it continues to grow, and our students will really appreciate the chance to have new tools to work with. They understand what it means to make something out of nothing. Please help them continue to grow as students.
