Headphones for the listening ear. The Chromebook has an extension to read to students. Students who may struggle with reading, i.e. ELL or Special Ed students, use this extension to assist them in comprehension strategies and for end of year assessment.
Students will be using headphones while listening to Scholastic articles, listening to pod casts, or catching up on assignments that have audio and end of year testing. At the end of the year, students will be assessed on their learning and will be able to use headphones for a portion of the assessment.
