My students have the ability to learn the same curriculum as their peers with a few modifications. Flexible seating and sensory shapes will allow my student to have their sensory needs met while modifying their seating to allow them optimum learning. They will be able to fully focus because they'll be receiving the sensory input that is needed. When their sensory needs are met it improves their focus and learning.
In our classroom we are required to be seated to complete work and have new lessons introduced. These items give the students the ability to sit where they can learn the best and move when they need to.
