I strive to make sure that my kindergarten students are still learning, growing and developing cognitively while at home, and while staying safe.
I must emphasize the importance of safety during these unprecedented times, our community has been hit particularly hard and it is important for our students and families to stay healthy and safe. Our classrooms are beginning this schools year vacant...but teaching and learning is still and will happen. My kindergarten students need Math manipulatives to work with at home. Which is why I am asking for three Math manipulatives toolbox (one for each child in my classroom). These materials will help with full participation while in our daily synchronous lessons as well as assist them with their asynchronous remote learning lesson plans. Parents have already taken up the job of a parent and teacher. I'd like to help them make their space and their lessons as meaningful and interactive as possible. Please consider helping me get these materials for my children. It would be greatly appreciated by me, and an entire community of learners and families who have been working so hard to make sure their child succeeds while staying at home and staying safe. Thank you so much!
