My students attend a Title I school in a low economic neighborhood. Most of my students do not have computers or Internet access at home.
My students are a motivated bunch that enjoy everyday changes in the way I teach and present information to them. Changes like PowerPoint presentations, songs, or even a hands-on lab, provide my students with the readiness to get through a day's work.
However, technology in the classroom is something that is lacking. My students view presentations from a small computer screen. Students huddle around a computer in order to view the information that needs to be presented.
