My classroom is in need of materials to help get my students to be better listeners and learners. By purchasing a new table and chairs my students would have a place to work in a group. Now students are expected to work in cooperative groups to prepare them for the real world. We could have math center rotation as well as reading center rotations. Through the purchase of this table and chairs my students would have a nice table to complete their group activities. By having a place for each student to sit, the mornings would start off with a positive feeling of being together. This will help them develop skills necessary in order to work with others. When working in groups everyone has a job and they work as a team.
