My classroom is comprised of nineteen first and second grade gifted students in the morning and twenty gifted students in the afternoon. Many of my students are immigrants to the United States and they do not have access to technology in their home environments. They attend a Title One school in Florida with very little technology resources. A lot of them are ESOL students. We only have two working computers in the classroom. And because of District budget cuts, we will not be given any more computers in the classroom or other technological devices.
