I have a class of knowledge-hungry fifth graders. They are an amazing group of students and constantly keep me on my toes. I work in an urban school, so I have students from several different backgrounds and cultures. They love working collaboratively with each other and enjoy hands-on learning. My class is full of experiments in science, math, reading, writing, and Spanish and lots of conversation. I love to listen to their brainstorming and troubleshooting. They are very helpful towards one another and that is something that warms my heart!
