I have a group of 17 third grade gifted students. My students are in a low income neighborhood, in a Title one school. Very often their parents hold multiple jobs and the grandparents are active in the raising of these children. My students have been tested and qualify to be in the Gifted Program based on their IQ and high scores in reading and/or math. These students want and need to be challenged and exposed to the technology of today's world.
