My classroom success is based upon my ability to incorporate an Arts Based method of teaching that incorporates project making into every lesson plan. This allows each student to use their imagination to learn the prepared lesson plan on many levels through visual arts, singing, dancing, writing, and verbal activities, by combining Performing Arts with Visual Arts. My classrooms are very active.
I am a third grade teacher with 25 years of successful teaching experience and teach 22 students in a rural, Title 1 Charter School on the Big Island of Hawaii.
Our budget is extremely limited. My students' minds act like sponges when shown how to engage their imagination and learning takes place. I have a way to accomplish that and am seeking your help, please.
