The school has approximately 600 K-6 students. It is has a free and reduced lunch population of 65% in a district of ten schools. The children come from various economic situations and cultures. This year we will have over ninety sixth graders with more than one third of them below grade level and less than twenty percent above grade level. The school has high academic and behavior standards and has earned an "A" rating and the honor of bring the most improved elementary school in the county.
