I am requesting a large carpet for circle time as a central meeting place for story time and whole-group instruction. Language development is a huge part of kindergarten. With this carpet, students will be able to gather in one place, listen to stories, engage with one another, and participate in whole group activities. Hokki stools will allow students to "get the wiggles out" as learning is taking place. These stools will be located at the teacher station. Students go to learning stations twice a day. Stools will help students with balance and body control. With your help, students will get the needed supplies to help ensure a successful kindergarten year.
