In my experience teaching both mainstream and bilingual classes, I have encountered common trends in my student demographic. They hail from low income families and are provided a technological disadvantage due to the lack of e-learning opportunities available at home and at school. Specifically, at our Title I campus, a student's technological needs outweigh the available technological resources. The current student to computer ratio is 18:2. At this rate, the school cannot adequately facilitate a student's technological growth.
