I am a special education teacher teaching in a small rural school from K-6. There are approximately 200 students and one teacher per grade level. We are a small school with limited funding to allot for any incentives for student achievement.
My students are motivated to account for their academic success through the use validating there achievements with positive incentives. We maybe a small school and we may not have a lot but I believe that seeing a SMILE on their face for a job well done! is priceless. So join me in celebrating their accomplishments!
