The students in my school come from very diverse backgrounds. There are many cultures and languages represented in our building and my classroom. More than 50% of our students receive free or reduced-price lunch this school year. There is often not enough financial resources to expand our curriculum and broaden our students learning horizons beyond basic textbook materials We are working really hard to reach our 21st century learners.
