My students are GREAT! They are inquisitive, modern, smart, loving, and always witty little kids that deserve anything they could ever imagine to enhance their learning experience. I absolutely adore each and every one of them. Some of them come from low-income homes with very limited resources in life. Although they are not from a rich background, they contribute rich experiences to the class each day that will forever be held close to my heart. They come to school every day ready to learn all the new and exciting things I've prepared for them. We have created a class climate that is academically supportive, respectful and most of all, fun. From "S's" happy twirl when she has done something special, to "J's" approving high five, each one of them are unique in their own special way.
Fun is great, but we are lacking a major instructional component that I would like them to have. I would like to implement more technology in our daily instruction with the use of the much needed iPads.
