I'm the Language Arts teacher and currently I teach 149 eighth graders in a school which is located in a very dry plain of the tropical island. Our school is old, but teachers and staff including myself, are very young ( at heart!) and enjoy being with them and sharing learning experiences with each other. I've looped with my group of students this year, so I feel very attached to every one of them and they are almost like my family. Looking back at their photos when they first entered here, they have grown not only physically but also become more mature beings. It really tickles me to death to see that most of them carry almost-professional looking binders which hold lots of assignment and project papers. The students keep busy with their schedule running around campus. They are just wonderful.
