My school is located in a high poverty neighborhood in which there are a lot of different housing developments. In the school 65%+ of students are receiving free school lunches and some students live in shelters. Most students have disabilities and have to engage in learning in different ways and these laptops will open up a different learning experience for them. Even though they face these challenges, the students are eager to learn! My school is very small and even though we don't have the resources, we try our best to help our students understand and use technology.
