In my Language Arts classroom, my students will be learning a lot about our world's oceans. Our very first theme-based module is all about 'The Sea' and my students can't wait to get started! The fictional and non-fictional books that I'm asking for in this project will allow the kids to dive into the ocean through reading. This project will enable my students to have a hard copy of each book at their desks (and at home) rather than just seeing the stories displayed on the white board. I believe that having books right in front of them is going to be paramount to my students' understanding of the new material. I cannot wait to explore the oceans together with my kids. Thank you so much for your help in advance!
