The students chosen for this project were Special Olympic athletes who were not looking to be just athletes but would also like work with an animal as a project to be shown and sold at our county fair. The regular education students were chosen from our Special Olympics volunteers club and had to have experience in raising and showing animals at the fair in past years. These students are all members of our FFA chapter and will serve as coaches and mentors to the special needs students.
