I teach some of the greatest students imaginable. They are eager to work. They are motivated to explore new possibilities. They support each other and share in each others successes. Every day I am lucky to witness students working together to find ways to solve a problem, plan an activity or surprise someone with a secret act of kindness. These students are truly good people and I count myself lucky to work with them. Most students come from supportive homes. Their parents work hard in order to support their children at school. These middle school students are alive with curiosity about their world and they love finding opportunities to bring their lives and experiences into the classroom.
