I teach at a small, rural high school that is in desperate need of better technology, and proper funding. The students are eager to leave and explore larger cities, and to attend college. Many will stay, but still must have the skills to compete in a job market that is scarce and very low paying. My colleagues and I work hard to teach effectively, but are often hampered by lack of resources. My school is unique, and held up by alumni and the community.
