These supplies will enable our classroom to set up our very own coffee shop in our school. We will be taking orders, making coffee, tea, and hot chocolate, and having a blast while doing it!
Our students will learn and practice important independent living skills that come naturally to most adults.
They will learn important mathematical skills like counting money and making change, keeping inventory, and measurement. They will practice food service-level hygiene and understand the importance of doing so. Our students will have the opportunity to practice social interactions through learning customer service skills.
