Since returning to the classroom, after a year and a half of learning at home via remote schooling, my students struggle at times to work collaboratively, especially when it comes to expressing their math thoughts.
The oversized graph paper and colorful markers will engage my students and entice them to step away from the computers to create collaborative math posters that they want to talk about!
I would love to be able to engage my eclectic group in more interactive math discussions through the use of dry erase markers to complement our Math 360 whiteboards, colorful notebooks, and game buzzers. To add, having access to a scanner in my classroom will allow me to quickly scan notes and work for students to post on Canvas so absent students are also engaged and always kept in the learning loop in their math class.
