I am hoping to use these materials to enhance the experience my students have in music class. Metallophones and drum sticks will provide them with real performance opportunities so that they can connect more with what they are learning. In addition, the manipulatives I am asking for will help them gain a deeper understanding of various musical concepts, such as dynamics, pitch, and tempo. I want for them to use these materials to explore music in a way that appeals to my kinesthetic learners, especially my many students who have special needs.

About my class
