Students will be able to experience the sound of quality instruments, including wooden instruments. Right now students have to share old metal instruments, sometimes shared between 3 students. We also have broken mallets. Having the right equipment will not only brighten spirits, but let the students explore sounds. I have longed to use instruments in a concert setting, but have not been able to based on the instruments provided. This can help students have pride in playing and get to show their families what they have been working on. Getting orff instruments in our classroom will help students have pride and succeed.

About my class
