In kindergarten, we are used to doing a lot of hands-on learning. We do not usually use a lot of technology in the classroom. The use of tablets brings in just the right amount of technology and is a good starter. We will start off by using these for our reading and math centers. The tablets will be an additional option during center time where they can explore apps to help them build words, learn sight words, listen to stories, practice forming letters, counting, number recognition, and practice addition and subtraction facts.
