My students truly embody the philosophy of Ohana which means family. We never leave anyone behind. Students take responsibility for their own and each other’s learning by supporting one another through modeling, questioning, and collaborating. We are a Title 1 school with students coming from different cultural backgrounds and speaking multiple languages. Our staff and families are working together through the Academic Parent Teacher Teams initiative.
