Hi! My name is Katie Hardison and I am a second grade teacher at Pamlico County Primary School. I live with my husband (a P.E. teacher and coach at our local high school) and our three-year old son, Easton. I started teaching in 2013 and have been learning ever since! I have a passion for teaching children and I firmly believe that ALL children have the potential for success. My school is located in a very rural area where many families struggle financially and all students receive free breakfast and lunch. As a teacher, it is my goal to create a learning environment that encourages students to think critically and solve problems, but most importantly to feel safe and loved.
