My students are middle schoolers who like to you use technology. They're fast learners and love coming up with really creative ways to present their work. I try to offer as many opportunities to use technology at school because many do not have the same at home. Offering students such opportunities gives them a creative outlet in math. And, as much as I would like to use as much technology in my classroom as possible, working technology in public schools is difficult. My school feels like one big family. We are small community within a big city that is supportive of one another.
