I have the privilege of being a teacher to 22 wonderful kindergarteners. I work with economically disadvantaged and ESL students at a Title 1 school. When you take away their hardships, they are just like every other little 5-6 year old group of kids. They are sponges ready to soak up the world around them and have made great strides to become independent learners.
