The High Tech High Space Science Program has become quite a force for engaging and inspiring students. What began as a small, enthusiastic group of dedicated Astronomy Club members has now grown into a 100+ member diverse body of students committed to exploring our universe.
As a Title 1 school, there are little contributions that students can make to push the program further, but that hasn't prevented them from producing some awe-inspiring work. The picture to the left was captured by a student during our last outing. It's just one of many examples of what students are capable of when given inspiration and opportunity.
