These materials will aid in my students obtaining information to cope with various life situations that they sometimes have no resources to combat.
The stress balls and tangles within my project will help students that come into my office very upset, calm down by focusing their energy on the object in their hand while we talk about the problem that is currently bothering them.
The books that are contained in my project will help me start up counseling groups within my school to help students in various areas of need. The groups that I plan on constructing would be a Grief Group and a Coping Skills group.
