My students are 6 and 7 years old. They are such a fun age group because they are little sponges absorbing everything around them. My school is in an inner city school system. All of our students receive a free breakfast and lunch. Luckily, our classroom numbers are a good size averaging 20, but our students come in with very little to bring to the table. We have behavioral problems, special needs students, and some gifted and talented students. Although I face a challenge on a daily basis, I absolutely love my job.
