This new school year is unlike any other! I will be teaching a small cohort of students in the classroom every day, but will also need my classroom to be equipped for presenting content via video and remotely as well.
To be able to help my students reach their academic potential, it is important for me to have the right tools to make this new blended learning model work.
The supplies I am asking for in this project will make a much-needed difference in my classroom this year. As students will need to carry their devices with them to use at home and in the classroom, I would love to have an extra Chromebook available in case someone forgets their device at home. Headphones will help my students block out other distractions and focus on their work in the classroom. A document camera will enable me to convert our texts and written materials into an online format for the remote learners on our grade.
We also need to stay socially distanced and safe while we learn! I would like to keep a box of extra masks in my classroom for those times when a student is in need of one. Individual storage boxes will help me to keep separate materials for each student, and floor decals will help my students stay the required distance apart whenever we need to leave our classroom.
