The world needs more articulate citizens, and I intend to help in that effort. I am a high school U.S. history teacher in Michigan. I teach both advanced placement classes and regular education classes in a public high school setting. As the economy in my state has taken a down-turn in the past few years, my school now has a free and reduced lunch population of over 50%.
