The 2017-2018 school year is my 13th year teaching. I have taught special education for the entirety of my career. I teach our primary self contained special needs students. I have 7 students with different disabilities and educational levels. My students learn in different ways. The differences in my students make my job a worthwhile challenge. That challenge makes me get up each morning ready to face the day head on. I have faith in my students and high expectations because I know they can reach for the stars.
