The materials and supplies that I am requesting for my students already have a "home." In other words, I know exactly where everything will go. The magnetic squares, colored plastic clothespins, snap-lock beads, lacing shapes and colors pegboard, wikki stix, puzzle-shaped block set, and beads are all materials that will be used to make stations that focus on Fine Motor Skills, Classroom Readiness, Language Arts, Math, Reasoning, and Play. The cardstock, markers, play-doh, construction paper, dab and dot markers, triangular pencils, crayon sets will be used for projects and everyday work. The post-it easel pad, sharpies, erasers, magnetic sentence strips, and chalk will be used by me for everyday lessons during circle time. The donations to this project will help to improve my students' understanding of and competency of the Kindergarten curriculum using the North Carolina Extended Core Content Standards. As the teacher, I have studied the goals of my students and want to be able to supply materials that will ensure they reach them. Yet I truly need your support to make this a reality. Thanks!
