My students are K-3rd grade special needs students in a life skills setting. Life skills are the tools that my students will need to function and navigate through their daily lives within society.
We learn, for example, self management of personal hygiene, meal preparation, social skills, and time and money management.
Another crucial life skill in this day and age is being able to use technology properly. My students enjoy the hands on experiences that are provided by the numerous educational, social, and functional apps available on the iPad.
