My classroom is composed of 16 rambunctious and kinesthetic learners! My students love hands-on activities and anything that incorporates technology. They are full of love and always know how to put a smile on my face.
Nothing gets my first graders more excited than learning with technology. I have seen much growth with my students this year but I want to give them every resource possible to help them succeed. They love technology so much that they are constantly asking throughout the day when we will have time to play our math games over the SMARTBoard or when it will be their turn at the computers during center time. My school is a Title 1 school, which means more than half of the students attending the school qualifies for free or reduced lunch. These students most likely don't have the necessary resources at home to explore learning in an engaging way.
