We support the whole child at our school. We want to make sure our students are ready to learn and want to support not only their academic growth, but their social/emotional growth. We all know students come to school with a variety of issues that interfere with their ability to flourish. We want to create calming corners in each of our classrooms. Students will be able to access the calming corners with the support of their teachers. The calming kits will offer a variety of manipulatives to help ease and sooth our students when difficult emotions may arise.

About my class
