My middle school students are such an exciting group, who have mixed interests, abilities, and goals. They amaze me everyday. They're always aiming to answer the question "Where can I apply this math concept in the real world?" My students love drawing, cooking, solving math puzzles, hands on projects, challenging each other on Kahoot, and are so excited to learn from one another. Furthermore, they need supplies such as dry erase boards, headphones, and measuring cups, so they can have several opportunities to practice during virtual learning. Theses supplies will allow them to not only share math strategies with one another, but also to share their interests and continue to apply math concepts to the real world.

About my class
