Greetings! Thank you for taking the time to look at my proposal. I teach at a high school in a small, urban, Midwestern college town. It is a school with a rich student mix of ethnicities and socio-economic backgrounds. This is my 18th year as a teacher and I am now teaching a class entitled American History in Film and Music. This class asks students to analyze class American films and music styles, and to debate and discuss the merits of these art forms.
The class is growing! From one section in 2014 we are now at two sections for this year, which requires even more resources. Please take a look at my proposal and help in whatever way you can.
Thank you!
