My 3rd graders are my world. We are doing our daily learning at a Title One School with a 84.91% of students on Free and Reduce Lunch.
Within our school classroom walls you will not see a Title One High Poverty School, you will see students eager to learn and share their accomplishments and challenges every single day.
These students absolutely love being at school because it is a safe and warm environment which in most cases is not what these children are used to.
This group of students show me on a daily basis how much they need and appreciate learning and being in the classroom. We are a family in our classroom and we protect each other, care for each other, and work together as a community to help one another. It is very important to me that they are comfortable and happy in their classroom.
