I am part of a team of a dedicated and passionate education specialists in an elementary school in a borough of NYC. We bring rigorous engaging curriculum and rich arts experiences to our low-income neighborhood that consists largely of immigrant families. These families deal with many challenges, including language/cultural issues and the rising prices of rents and gentrification in this ethnically diverse neighborhood.
